This place could have a lot better management than it does currently. I used this service for a tow in the past and was amazed of how this place charges locals. I had my truck towed about 1 mile from the garage to the shop. First of all the tow was $75.00!!! and told me it would be $50.00 to tow it 1 mile if I let the shop do the work that needed to be done. After getting towed to the shop I was told that the (owner) would call me about the truck first thing in the morning (about 7-8am) when it is ready. I didn't hear anything, so I called at around 10am, and was told it would be ready in about 15 min. After getting there I waited an additional 1 hour 45 min only to be told that it was $250.00 +for a coolant hose, thermostat, and work done!!! Ridiculously overpriced! No matter 10 feet or 10 miles this company charges you $50-$75 per tow and i priced the parts for under $40. Not a good experience!

Great location right in town with a great selection of office supplies, art supplies, and stationary. Great customer service with great selection make this a 4 star rated business. You can littlery find 4 or more of everything and if you cant, odds are the store can order what you are looking for. Only downside is that the prices seem to be in competition with Rite Aid® in town which makes the prices a little high. If it was not for the slight increse in prices, this would be rated a 5 star business. Recommended local business!

Great location for a true Berkeley Springs, WV experience! This civil war era home is beautiful and kept in great condition. There are many cottages and a converted 1800's era home into a B&B. Customer quotes include: "I expected to stay in a run down old home, but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived." The property really takes you back to life in Berkeley Springs in the 1800's when way of life was most important. The wildlife can be seen throughout the 120 acre property and is very relaxing. Full amenities bring comfort of the 21st century back to the 1800's while you relax in this scenic property. Staying at Sleepy Creek Mountain Inn puts you right in town, so you can be sure to get right in town to experience what Berkeley Springs Downtown has to offer. The staff is very helpful and courteous to guest making sure your stay is enjoyed. Rooms have Queen sized beds and great views of the property. Food is excellent and made with a touch of home cooked goodness. Recommended local business!

Being a local bank, The staff and company are geared towards serving the surrounding community. Many locals work at CNB thus keeping money in the local economy. Anytime I have personally visited, I am always helped by a caring teller. Not the best eats ever! If you like your organic from the can at your local store, then this place is for you. Not only does the strange atmosphere of the store rattle your thoughts, but the setup and lighting is awful. The food is a generic "Organic" choice with a few strange oddities, but the worst part is that you pay a higher price for things you can easily do at home. The small salad bar, Register, and few tables are all located in the living room of a home.
